Description: 16” Kids dressed as astronauts, complete with space helmets. Their boxes are shaped like rocket ships with clear plastic fronts. They came with a flag, a full sized space poster, and a backpack.

Description: 11” babies. Coleco Kids have bean bag bodies, Hasbro’s and Mattel’s Babies do not. They look more like Coleco Preemies, but are a little smaller. Babies can be bald or have a tuft of hair. Mattel’s have cornsilk tufts.

Description: A special delivery springtime bunny with floppy ears and a cottontail. The face is the only vinyl part. They are soft and cuddly. Each came with it’s own name and birth announcement. These should not be confused with the Babyland Bunny. This bunny has a much softer body, and their tails do not squeak.

Description: the sex of this Baby is a surprise until you open the blanket. They wear pink (girl) or blue (boy) hospital gowns, and have secret beauty marks. Their blankets double as an activity mat. They have a cornsilk tuft and use the same bodies as Teeny Tiny Preemies.

Description: Little animals with bunny ears and bee bodies. The Colecos are blue (boys) or pink (girls) with blue/pink /white stripes. They are about 10” long and are meant to be hung. The Hasbros are blue or pink with pink/blue/mint/peach/yellow stripes. They are a bit smaller than the Colecos and they squeak when you squeeze them.

Description: Basic Kid. Cloth Body, vinyl faces, and yarn hair. Coleco Kids are 16” tall, Hasbros and Mattel are about 14” tall. Jesmar Kids are made in Spain. They are abut 2” taller than Colecos, and their eyes are higher set. They have a wider range of hair/eye color combinations and they are thinner than Colecos. Note: Kids were also made in Japan (Tsukuda), South Africa (Tri Ang Pedigree) and Mexico (Lili Ledi) in the early years.

Description: Smart girls(boys, though planned, were never “born”) who know about 100 words and can form sentences using them. Their mouths move as they speak. They are sensitive to touch and motion. They know if they are on their stomachs or held upside down and will LET YOU KNOW ABOUT IT! They have a special cup that they drink from, making real drinking sounds as they do. When there is more than one of them, they respond to each other, carrying on conversations and singing together. 434,000 talkers were made in 1987 and 1988. Requires LOTS of batteries.

Description: Kids dressed in traditional costumes from Holland, Spain, Russia, Scotland, or China. They came with passports, travel bag and a t-shirt that proclaimed “I’ve been to.....” with the country named.
